Try Brick Books before you buy it.
You get 14 days with the full program, every feature unlocked, using your own books. There is also an online demo if you would rather look around before downloading anything.
Because you can properly try Brick Books before paying, refunds are not offered simply because you change your mind afterwards.
If Brick Books is faulty, materially different from how it was described when you bought it, or otherwise fails rights you have under applicable consumer law, this policy does not take those rights away.
Brick Books runs free for 14 days, with every feature unlocked, using your own books.
No card. No account. Nothing to cancel.
There is also an online demo using a fictional seller's books if you would rather explore the program before downloading anything.
The trial is there so you can properly decide whether Brick Books suits the way you work before you pay for it.
Use it. Connect your shops. Bring in some real figures. Make sure it does what you need.

None of this affects any rights you have if the software is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails applicable consumer law.

Some problems can be fixed quickly with an update. If that resolves the issue and you are happy with that solution, great.
Where applicable consumer law gives you a choice of remedy, that choice remains yours.
In Australia, consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded by this policy.
Consumers buying digital content online may have a statutory cancellation or withdrawal period.
For digital content supplied immediately, that right can depend on whether you expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that doing so would affect your cancellation rights.
The checkout process should make any required consent or acknowledgement clear before immediate access is provided.
If a cancellation or withdrawal right still applies under the law where you live, it will be honoured.
These rights are separate from your rights if Brick Books is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails applicable consumer law. In the UK, immediate digital supply before the end of the cancellation period requires express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the cancellation right.
Brick Books connects to third-party services such as BrickLink and Brick Owl through systems those companies control.
Those services may change, become unavailable, or alter the way their APIs work.
If a third-party change temporarily breaks a supported connection, that does not automatically mean Brick Books itself is defective.
Reasonable efforts will be made to restore compatibility through an update where a supported service changes its interface.
Your existing books remain stored on your own computer and do not depend on those marketplace connections continuing to work.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer right that applies to your purchase.
Email support@brickbooks.app with your order number and a short explanation of what went wrong.
You will get a real reply from a person.
Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Where a refund is approved, it is returned through the payment provider to the original payment method.
If a purchase is refunded, the licence attached to that purchase ends.
Brick Books will no longer allow new licence-dependent work.
It does not delete your books or stop you from opening, reviewing, backing up, restoring or exporting records you already created.
Your existing records remain yours.
Buying, activating and refunding Brick Books repeatedly as a way of continuing to use the paid product is not permitted.
Where there is evidence of fraud or deliberate abuse of the refund or licensing system, future sales may be declined where the law allows.
That does not affect any consumer rights you have in relation to a genuine problem with a purchase.
